The Reckoner Knight Armor

I realize that nowadays, this may be a bit much to ask (what with the original Mass Effect 3 being over a decade old now and the newer Legendary Edition containing the item I'm about to ask about), but since I'm still dedicated to the original version of Mass Effect 3 and don't want to shell out a bunch of money for the LE, I have to pose this question to any EA customer support reps who may stumble upon this: would it be in any way possible to earn the Reckoner Knight Armor for the original Mass Effect 3 in 2023?

I realize that the only official way to earn it was discontinued around 2013/14, but I really want to complete my DLC collection legitimately, and this is the last thing I need to collect.

@TravelerSeven I get it, it's a pretty sweet armor set. If it were something we even had the ability to do that would be one thing but Unless you had that demo listed in your console history, that would be the only way. It has not been up that I have seen in a while so for consoles, if you had previously downloaded a demo, sometimes it is still accessible but past that I am afraid you cannot obtain it without it.

@TravelerSeven Hey, for this armor, if you had not downloaded and played the KOA demo, you can try that but the short answer is no. There is not another way other than those options to snag that armor. Since the MELE edition was a separate edition of the game, if you wanted it in that then yes, you would have to purchase that version.

That sucks. I was going to try sweet-talking my way into getting it (so to speak), but I get the feeling that that one guy I found who suggested asking nicely may have been off the mark a bit. Or maybe I just suck at persuasion. Would really be nice to actually own the armor without having to buy a worse version of the games I already own.

I would try downloading the KoA demo, but as far as I'm aware, it hasn't even been available to download for nearly a decade.

@EA_Shepard I reckon it's probably far too late to mention this, but I do actually have the demo downloaded on my PC. And apparently, I've downloaded it before, too (though I didn't play it for very long, which I suppose would explain why I completely forgot about that fact in my initial two messages in this thread).

Additionally, I've just now noticed that you mentioned my "console history" in your latest reply, which indicates to me that I was too vague with the way I worded my prior statements. The entire time, I was actually talking about adding the DLC to my library on PC.

I don't expect anything to come of this, given that I'm adding these details over half a year after marking your latest reply as the accepted solution. but I figured I'd just leave this here to clarify a few things.

@TravelerSeven We used to have it in the system to grant but we no longer do. The other issue now is that even if you are entitled to it, due to the age of that demo and this DLC it would not show up under additional content like it used to.

I just downloaded mine, logged in, went to the cabin, and swapped it. I even removed the Reckoning DLC itself, tested it, and shows up which means there is no longer a separate entitlement for the armor.

However, on the console, not all content shows up anymore due to these items working more off the 360 dashboard downloads. It happens with the DA armor and Collectors armor. Some players can see it and others cannot.

On PC, since it all comes directly from the EA app store If your EA account is entitled to that, once you install everything, it should just show up in the game for you. Sadly if it doesn't show up in the game, we no longer have a way to grant it.
