No one has been able to discover what it's for. I remember there's a dead console that never activates and a door you can't get through.
You only needed one glyph for the tiller itself. So the rest is either part of a bug or missing content.
Yep. I found the console that doesn't do anything as well as the door. I suppose it could be a bug or missing content, but it drives me absolutely nuts. I'll spend another hour there tonight. If I get nothing, I'll admit defeat. (I even tried using the 1-4 consoles in various orders to open the closed door. No results. Seems like those consoles normally sink into the ground when you've done what you need to with them though.) Regardless, I'm grateful for the reply. At least I don't feel crazy for finding nothing since no one else has either.
