The time does not slow when using scope for infiltrator
The time does not slow when using scope for infiltrator, like it used to for mass effect 2. I even tried to perform a repair.

The Infiltrator's time dilation for ME3 isn't as powerful as it was in ME2; using the Concentration mod will help.

Agreed I usually select another class when playing ME3.
The change was intentional and not a glitch, so they're probably not going to patch it.
The mod is located on Mars...
"Sniper Rifle Concentration Mod: In the tram station control room to the left of the 'Auto turret controls' button."
