Nah it's good, like I said it boots sometimes so I know it's the game * up. Not surprised LE brought some new bugs when they left all the legacy bugs in (not talking about the exploits for morality xp or money).
There are bugs, but if it were the game, it would either start or not start.
So, it is very likely that something on your system is interfering with the game.
No issues with literally any other game I've played since building this thing unless it was something a driver update or software patch had to fix. If I have to reboot to fix it of course rebooting with fewer services will fix it as well.
