This happened again tonight in gold - proof of cheating.

not mentioning any names, but it's fairly obvious the host of that game was using a hack as when he left and the host migrated to someone else the infinite HP and infinite ammo cheat was gone.

I haven't seen the video you posted, but I think you are confusing a bug with a cheat. I had one game where the game decided to give me 98 sniper bullets and firing the rifle did not require reloading. Additionally, I did not take any damage no matter how many shots were fired at me. It was glorious... XD

Unfortunately it has only happened to me once, hehe. And I can assure you I do not use any cheats or hacks, I don't even know if they exist for ME:A.
