Too many entitlements issue: "Unable to authorize DLC"

Since the release of Omega, I had twice a similar issue with the DLCs and entitlements.

I play with a Digital Collector edition of the game, on PC.

Tuesday, after having downloaded and installed Omega, I wasn't able to use my savegames and play:

"Unable to authorize the listed DLC.

Please log in to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLC.

From Ashes"

Luckily, I bought a boxed collector edition of the game alongside the digital collector edition at launch: I used the From Ashes code I got in the boxed version to be able to play.

Friday, I completed the multiplayer operation Detonator; since then, I have another problem, this time:

"Unable to authorize the listed DLC.

Please log in to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLC.

Collector Edition's Online Pass Entitlement"

My guess is we've got a limited amount of authorized "entitlements" tied to ME3. Everytime I get a new entitlement (such as a DLC or a commendation pack from a multiplayer operation), some "old" entitlement is kicked out of the entitlements list, preventing it to be recognize by the game.

I hope Bioware and EA will acknowledge this issue, because the longer they ignore it, the more people will get it.
