Tried to call the support line and waited for 2+ hours
I made a purchase for 1600 bioware points. I made a transaction of 800 points on the Shadow Broker DLC. For some reason to BioWare store, took all my points of 1600, instead of the 800 that the DLC is priced for. I am now, unable to play my game the way I have spent my money on to do so, as I can not purcahse the DLC I desired to continue another playthrough of your game that is now 4 years old. After chatting with a representative about the problem. He couldn't figure out what to do because the only information on the transaction that I was given was my order number from the EA email that was sent to me from the PayPal transaction. The order number is: XXXXXX**** and was sent: 25 Aug 2013 20:55 GMT. After talking to "Carlo" the Rep from EA, he told me to call [Admin. Edit] Please contact support via this link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
and use my order number: XXXXXXX. I waited over and hour on 2 seperate calls. Totalling 2 hours and 15minutes just to hear from someone. I am now contacting you. After I have contacted: The Chat room. The Bioware Forums. The EA help line. The EA twitter. Someone please contact me because I am being ripped off of my transaction of $21.00 on a 800 point DLC that is 4 years old.
