Unable to access purchased dlc

I am having trouble with Mass Effect 2 on Xbox. I am unable to access or play any of the dlc I have previously purchased. All of the items bought through the Cerberus Network, and the Cerberus Network itself, show as never having been purchased. I have 2 accounts on my 360, (I honestly can't for the life of me remember why I have the second one) I have my main with all of my achievements, save files, and whatnot; and the second one which has some Microsoft points on it so I really can't delete it yet. I previously bought all of the dlc for mass effect 2 with the second profile but played them with my main. I thought about trying a license transfer (all items were downloaded on my current console) but before I could redownload them my son bumped into me, I dropped my controller, it hit the "B" button which was "Done". I now cannot try again until April 2013. I don't recall ever having a problem with xbox live or ea before, so I am really lost on what to do. If I log into the game with my second profile (not the main) all items and the Cerberus Network itself show up as having been purchased. I just cannot access them anymore with my main profile. They also show up in the download history of my second profile. I really could use some help on this. I am totally lost, and really want to play with my main profile since it has all of my saves, and not have to start all over and purchase all of the dlc again. With my main profile (the one needing access) I have previously played all of the dlc and have some of the achievements. I just don't know why I no longer have access to these items. TLDR I no longer have access to dlc on my main profile, that has played the dlc before. The dlc was bought with my second profile, but this didn't cause a problem before. All dlc was purchased and played on my current XBox 360.
