unable to connect online or do strike team missions

@XGNTOASTY6160 Just a thought, do you use the EA App (or EA Desktop client) by any chance? Tried using the Origin client?
I've seen lots of these can't connect online posts lately, but I have no idea which client they use. A shoot in the dark but who knows (Could be any number of things, like Firewall settings etc.)

I do not use the EA app or desktop client. I've tried restarting my router and restarting my xbox but nothing has changed. I read that I can use the strike team mobile app which I'm using but I don't even know if I'm getting rewards from it
