Unable to join friends multiplayer game

I used to be able to join them straight from the Origin overlay. Now all of a sudden, it gives me no option to join their game. We're both online, have all the MP DLC installed, they even tried port forwarding, nothing. This JUST NOW popped up with no warning. I can still join random public games, but I can't join theirs. I even uninstalled and reinstalled both Mass Effect, and Origin.

I have no idea what's going on, or how to fix it.
