Unable to launch Mass Effect 2

@holger1405 So I changed file names and started origin as administrator but it became the same as when describing my problem at the beginning.
I did DISM.exe /online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth and sfc /scannow but no problems were found with the system and its files.

OK, your "Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 2\Save" folder is still empty, right?
- Repair the game again.
- Then preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode. Disable your virus scanner (You can do it in offline mode) and Afterburner if you use it as well.
