Unable to load Mass Effect 3 on my PS3

As a user, it looks like you have done all the usual troubleshooting steps.
I know many people using the PS3 have been able to successfully install and import their games, so something is unique on your system.
Official support from a EA Game Advisor or Sony may be able to help.
Our suggestions would be to do stuff with the Game Utility, uninstall, update, etc...
My guess, is that something is wrong with your ME2 save. Perhaps creating a new one to import, or try importing a different one might work.
(To create a new one, just run ME2 and load whatever save you have, after completing the main quest, then save)

Thank you Kuvuplan!

I'll try your suggestions once I buy ME 3 again. Prior to posting I did try one of your suggestions--using a different ME2 save --and it did not work. I did not think about re-creating a new save for ME 2 and using it. Thanks for that suggestion. That's the one I will pursue . Contacting Sony and EA has not worked for me.
