Unable to locate Save files

So I just purchased the Trilogy. Installed but I tried to import my ME1 save which will not work then I find out that there is no Bioware/Mass Effect 2 folder in my documents. I cannot even find wher...

    Mass Effect uses the folder that is set as the standard Documents folder in Windows.

    Here is a link to a guide to change the standard Documents folder in win 7 and here in Win 10.

    Make sure Origin and the Game are not running while you change the location. Also, you need to move the "Bioware" or "Mass Effect 2" folder to that new location. Either by applying the move request from the dialogue or manually.

The links are dead and this is still an issue for everyone trying to play the game on Windows 10. Aside from dead links, are there any instructions on how to change the default save location, or even how to complete a save without having to close ME1 without losing all progress?

It is only an issue for Windows 10 users if you include the "Documents" folder in the "Back up" function of OneDrive, because then Onedrive moves the "Documents" folder into the OneDrive folder.

If you determined to sync your "Documents" folder with Onedrive you can use this method that will not move the "Documents" folder into the "Onedrive" folder.

Here is a working link about moving your "Documents" folder to a different place.
