It is better for you if you have Windows Defender disabled. 2. Disable the EA Origins in-game. 3. Turn off the SLI/Crossfire before starting the game. Check whether it stabilizes the game performance. 4. Try playing the game in Windowed mode. It often works for low-end PCs. 5. Update your Nvidia/ATI graphics drivers. 6. Disable the V-sync. 7. Disable the anti-aliasing and filtering. 8. Disable the background apps. 9. Right click on the Mass Effect exe file in Windows 7 > Go to the ‘Compatibility Mode’ tab and check ‘Disable Desktop Composition’. 10.Try using only one GPU first. Turn the other one off through your Nvidia/ATI graphics control panel.

• Search for “Nvidia Setting”, it should have come with your computer. Open  the program
• Go to 3D setting, Select the “Manage 3D Settings”
• Now click the “Program Settings” Tab
• Click the “Add” Button
• Navigate to “File Path..\Origin\Mass Effect 3 Demo\Binaries\Win32″ and click  on the “MassEffect3.exe”
• Now you’re free to decide how the graphic cards handle the program.
• Underneath the above option, you should find the “Select the preferred  graphics processors for this computer”.
• Tell it to choose “High Performance NVIDIA processor” it may vary, but the  idea is the same.
• Don’t forget to look at the bottom left and click the “Apply” button.
• Restart the game and Origin to make it WORK!
