Unable to play Citadel DLC on PC "You only downloaded the first part"

I downloaded Citadel DLC yesterday but I still couldn't play it. When I go on the galaxy map I get the message "You only downloaded Part 1. Download Part 2 to play DLC. Citadel " (paraphrasing). The DLC appears nowhere on the journal too.

I thought the PC players get it one go. I also get the message "Unable to authorize the DLC liste. Please connect to the Alliance Network, etc..."

I tried to repair the game and DLC installations through Origin and it also didn't work.

Please an someone help me?
