Do you get any error messages.
What exactly happens if you start the games? Do they not start at all or do they crash?
@holger1405 : no that's a problem: i don't have any error message... it would be easier to troubleshoot with an error message.. :-(
When i click on these games to execute them, a new popup windows is displayed to indicate that the game is being launched, the EA App is minimized for a few seconds and then reappears...
In the task manager, i see a process for the game for a very short time and then it disappears... but absolutely no error message...
And in the Event Viewer, i don't see any error or event related to these executions...

@HaveFun1975
Look at your Reliability monitor:
1. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
2. Copy and paste "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in the new Window > hit “ENTER”
3. Look if it has entries for the game or EA app. > If yes double click at the last entry for the game executable or EA app, copy the info and save it to a text file.- HaveFun19754 months agoRising Rookie@holger1405 , there is no error for the 2 games or for the EA app, i have few errors for a tool of the GygaByte center but the timelines don't match with the executions attemps of these 2 games...

Of note the BEX errors at beginning of the DXDiag errors is for IGOProxy32 and ProcID.exe.....the IGO one is EA play app, and the ProcID one is Intel Processor identification utility....and are likely conflicting with each other. May want to try uninstalling the Intel one if possible or disabling it in start-up and see if it works then.
If this doesn't help, continue to follow Holger's advice, as one of the better diag ones on this forum.
