Unable to use Biotics in ME3 singleplayer.

That's a strange problem, never heard of it before.

If you use the mouse instead of the keys, do the powers work then?

Also repair your game, (in Origin > my games > right click ME3 > Repair Game) Do it despite the new installation.

Please pardon the guerrilla style filming but I managed to grab it on video here. I muscled my way up to the Palaven mission so that the targets would be easier to hit as slow moving husks. 

I wasn't able to use the mouse to activate my biotics while holding my phone in one hand, but it also does not work. 

Repairing the game has not done anything. A fast google search has revealed a few other people can't use biotics, but I haven't found an answer. 

Update - importing a Shepard from a completely different computer worked. This kind of sucks, because I wanted to start fresh for me3 (my new Shep would have been Paragon, my old is Renegade) with no romances. Also, importing the save files was confusing and time consuming. 

It seems that any Shepards I made with this pc/version of Mass Effect are all bugged. But my Shep from two years ago is fine :/
