Unable to use power wheel (mass effect 2 LE) ultrawide screen BUG!

Mass Effect 2, trying to use power wheel and so small i can't see it. Ultrawide monitor, if i change the resolution it become visible again!

Its the resolution. For some reason, its defaulting to 1152x720 and its jacking up the wheel. Changing the resolution fixes the wheel but I cant currently play the game like that
