"Unable to Verify DLC, Please log into Alliance Network"

I recently bought the Citadel DLC for Mass Effect 3, and some other DLC and it won't add it. I just get this error message. I bought all of them through Origin, loaded them all on Origin, and verified on my BSN account they are in my Registered Game Content. I tired launching from Origin and it's not working. Help!

    I tried reloading the game in origin, and having it check for updates. That worked for about half a second (Except it said that the Citadel Base Package wasn't available) when I left the game and tried to get back in I had to reupdate AGAIN, and now it's saying that the Citadel DLC and the Citadel Base Package DLC isn't working.
