UNC : Major Kyle - Father Kyle missing from compound

Upon arriving at the compound in the Hawking Eta cluster, Major(Father) Kyle is missing from the compound. **EDIT** Looks like Major Kyle can be found in the circular building opposite the building ...

I guess the mini map icon is a bit out of place then since it directs you towards the building I couldn't find him in!
