Upgraded to digital deluxe...now won't connect to servers.

For account related issues you'll have to contact EA support. They can issue you a new online pass, your best bet is Twitter or live chat (chose United States as country if it is not set already). Make sure they issue you the "Online Pass (N7 Collector's Edition)" along with From Ashes, as this becomes de-authorized in the process as well.
