In fact, Farrago96 is right, If we look at the cutscene of the explosion of Mass Relays and take into account, that the radius of the Milky Way Galaxy about 50000 light years, we will see that maximum visible radius of explosion is about 12000-13000 light years. So speed 4200 light years per year it's not enough to avoid a wave of exploding Mass Relay. I don't think speed can be more than that, because even the Normandy can travel only 15 light years per day (5500 light years per year) and Normandy was fastest ship in the Milky Way Galaxy.
Two things....
1. Destroy ending very specifically states it only destroys Reaper based tech...this is why every quarian and main computer in the milky way isn't toast, killing everyone....and the reason they claim the Geth die...cause they have reaper logirythms.....idiots about it forgetting geth are softwars...sorry old me3 rant.
2. Contrary to cutscene, any energy explosion will move at speed of light, it was only sped between systems by direct mass effect relay broadcast, and that was likely something like a data burst between relays making them then emit pulse which should still only move at speed of light. Mind you this would effect ALL relays even the unknown and locked relays that we have no idea exists. ..making it possible to cover a larger area quicker with known relays
