In addition to the achievement for Insanity II not unlocking for me on Series X when finishing Mass Effect 2, I found that my progress for both the Veteran and Bruiser achievements have reset. I went from nearly complete on both of them to square one again. Attached a screenshot showing me having only 96 kills despite having the 1000 kill badge unlocked directly to the left.
Can confirm this is happening. I noticed it happened to me when changing from one game to another. Hope it gets patched soon.
This doesn't seem to be getting much attention... I came here looking for other reports of the problem and this is the only post I can find. I guess I will just me too and then say this.... I got the 1000 kills achievement but now my 2000 says 97 kills riiiiight. My tactician achievement also reset to 0 which is great since that one is so hard to get to register combos for in the first place. My Melee one says 2 which was never high to begin with but definitely higher than that.
For me this on PC.
Update: added screen shot, I got the Tactician achievement on steam but not Origin/In game. Yet it shows 20/20 lol.
