Voeld cave
Does the cave icon on Voeld map turn blue or does it always stay white? I checked everything there, but it's still white...

It probably stays white because it's just marking a location. If there's no recordable "progress to completion" to make for it, then there's no reason for its color to change.
Other remnant locations turn blue, some only requiring to clear the area or open a container. Nothing really Story or progress related. The cave on the other hand was part of a quest. I noticed this game does have icon bugs in the menu where the little blue circles with "!" In them show up on tabs where I have already read or checked everything new. Maybe it's a bug. All other locations I have encountered that have a white icon have turned blue in my game.
