You don't unlock the Batarian Fleet war asset until completing Citadel: Batarian Codes (and it depends on the outcome of that mission).
The Aralakh Company war asset bug is already described in this thread, if you want to bring attention to an issue you should post in the existing thread rather than making a new one. In general EA/Bioware don't respond with timelines for when bugs will be fixed (the recent hotfix being an exception), so you'll need to wait and see if they've addressed it in the next patch.
Thank you for the info. I was confused because it said batarian fleet but then didn't show up. Is it just an update to the batarian fleet after you get them?
Right, completing Kite's Nest: Pillars of Strength modifies the Batarian Fleet war asset, but it can't show you the full war asset itself until you've unlocked it.
