What is different between Mass Effect Trilogy with other Mass Effect?
Helo, I planned to buy Mass Effect 3 but I saw the "Mass Effect Trilogy" that show all three series of Mass Effect so does it mean that ME trilogy contain all three series of Mass Effect @ If I buy ME Trilogy, I would get ME 1,2,3?

The "Trilogy" is all three games (ME, ME2, ME3) packaged in the same box. That's it.
Certain DLC that was included for free in the original releases (like the "Cerberus Network" stuff) are also included, but only a few. Google "Mass Effect Trilogy DLC" for details.
NOTE: You should also take a look at some of the topics in the ME1 and ME2 forums. Many players have had difficulty getting their Trilogy copy of ME1 to run on their Win7 or Win8 machines. (My guess is they're not applying the 1.02 patch.) And others have had problems getting the Trilogy copy of ME2 to "register" in the BioWare site. If they occur, these issues can be resolved, but you'll need to be prepared to work through them.
