What mod to use on my N7 torso?

Use the one that boosts your biotic power damage or recharge speed. If you wanna be tanky then the hp/shield ones Cannot remember what cons it have or which architect/vault gives it to you however.
All of them gives you negative stats as well which can be halved by developing one of the Cryo Pods at the right place. I think its at the Science tab.
