when i go to my account at the N7HQ, it says "Your EA/Origin account needs to be updated. Re-sync your online profile(s) to fix this problem."

please help

    What have you tried?


    -Play ME3 a bit to send updates to your account.

    -I recommend clearing browser cache/switching browsers and try reloading the page.

    -Double check your BSN account, possibly logout and log back in.

    I tried all those things, it still says the same thing.
