When leaves the multiplayer room. My credit has been lost.

That Bug keeps annoying me. It happen 8-9 time. When I finish a multiplayer match. I got a credit and Exp  but after I Quit the room .My credit and Exp are the same number before  the match.  Help me...

 That happens again; I just finish a bronze in soldier level 1 (finished and had a level 6) but when came out it's still level 1. I Restart the game but still level 1.
