Who owns Mass Effect is it Bioware, EA or the people?

Technically EA owns the franchise but in reality it's the people in the end who will take ownership or abandon this massive world. Because of this exact reason I'm afraid that yet another beloved series will come to an end like EA did with Dead Space 3 by rushing development to the point that poor choices are made and derived from what was originally intended. ( For more information regarding this change please refer to Eurogamer " The Dead Space Developers Wanted to Make " ) webpage.
I mention this because even though trailers are marketing tools used to draw in consumers, there is a clear professional polished touch to Andromeda trailers back 2015 and 2016 that is currently lacking with the finished product. Now I have no doubt or would want to believe this is not a lazy misguided approach by the talent people at Bioware, instead it's been revealed that management decided to use Cyberscan technology to automate and not personal the human facial expression because it was deemed not that important... That's a hard pill to swallow when the people playing the game are humans who relate to human expression for immersion. Now granted I spent a lot of time during the custom character development to lessen the blow but that shouldn't have been the case, not with a game that has 40 million budget and 5 years in development with a killer team which leads me to ask the question why, why was this even a factor? After looking deeper in the game ( removing me from the immersion ) I've also noticed that the female character are also stripped away from their models beauty, which goes back to the poor decision in not personalizing the humanoid characters. Bioware clearly stated they wanted to de-sexualize the female characters, I personally believe that is wrong and actually upsetting, what is Bioware stating that women can be badasses and look good? That she has to look bland and loose her female traits to appeal dull in order to be accepted? You know what I smell here a simple cover up of our current mainstream social justice warriors once again plaguing the influence of creativity to have damage control. If that is the case then please make male Ryder not as attractive as his model either or Liam a chunky dude and not walk around showing his six pack ( like Vetra said, ) no you wouldn't consider that because it doesn't make sense within the context of their role it, doesn't fit and wouldn't sell. It's almost like your punishing a normal straight male for being attractive to beautiful women. If that is the case come on guys it's 2017 there plenty of smart beautiful strong women and shouldn't be shunned for being normal. Even in the Mass Effect lore the Asari are represented by all the species as beautiful, powerful and respected advanced race. This is done specifically to attract other species to meld with and make there species stronger, again it's within context. If you remember in the very first Mass Effect game when visiting Chora's Den the Turian, Salarian, and Human sitting at the table are all questioning why the Asari look attractive to them. Naturally in our human society the female figure is normally more attractive because of its natural physique and that is okay. Why are we trying to dehumanize what is normal... Do I now have to ask forgiveness for being born a normal straight white male? Is this where we are going? If so, I feel sad for what was once special now going to be abused due to current society mentality for simply exploiting what is the current hot topic and not looked for it's true individualism. You know, that makes me sad more than anything because these developers are constantly having to fight and up hill battle to make sure they don't step on any eggshells and give up opportunities to be creative or experiment on new ideas without being backlashed. Believe it or not, this SJW attitude eats away from the time And focus needed to polish thier games and God knows Mass Effect Andromeda has a lot of bugs that could of been resolved with the right decision made before releasing the game... People also got to remember that Mass Effect 1 also had a ton of bugs but didn't break the game. In fact there is a lot of similarities between the First and Andromeda. I love this franchise and I know there is a strong community that wants it to survive just like Star Wars and Star Trek has.
