Why can't I access my DLC's?

I just bought the Mass Effect Trilogy pack.  My old versions of the games still work fine, but when I put in ME2 it tells me it can't load my save file because the DLC's are missing or corrupted.    ...

You're going to need to re-download your DLC.  I had the same issue.  My copies of ME1 and ME2 predated the shift to Origin.  Go to your account page at social.bioware.com and log in; on the navigation panel to the left, mouse over Profile, and choose "Your Registered Game Content".  All the DLC entitlements you've got should be there; download each and run the .exe to install them (make sure you've got your game installed, of course).

I also read someone else having this issue, and the recommendation from the EA rep who posted in their thread was to run the installer from the directory where your game is located.  Your browser probably puts downloaded files elsewhere by default (I use Chrome, and it defaults to the "Downloads" folder I have).  Move the .exe for your DLC into the appropriate game directory before running it, so it doesn't have to look far for the files it wants to work with.
