    The commandation packs usually awarded after the end of operation weekend, next Tuesday/Wednesday.

I had the same problem, not receiving my Commendation Pack even though I completed the goal. Thanks for the info!

It is Too Soon for Commendation packs!

Go here:

Look at the very top of the page.  It currently says this:

Operation Overdrive is complete. Check back later this week for the results

Once the commendation packs are out, that will be replaced with a count down timer that will end around 4 am Monday, PST.

Note, that banner is visible from any place in the Mass Effect 3 Forums, as well as the blog.

Also note, in that link, near the bottom it has the following text:

"Congratulations, soldiers! Pack grants will begin today and should all be paid out within the next 24 hours."
