[Xbox 1 X] Game Crashes as soon as I connect to the EA servers

Playing via Game Pass on XBOX 1 X&nbsp;

Game crashes as soon as I connect to EA servers

I have tried uninstall and reinstall of the Game and all DLC&nbsp;

Also tried removing my profile and re adding it

I do not think there is EA support for this game anymore, I have seen forum posts of PC players with this and they have found a fix by deleting and reinstalling game files but that is not an option on xbox. Any ideas? I was so close to unlocking all the ultra rare weapons and if I have to start again with a new account it will be soul destroying 😢&nbsp;

Never owned a xbox, but this could be a defective save game. Can you back up your save data and then delete the save games on the xbox?
