[Xbox] Mass Effect Andromeda MP Error Matchmaking Failed to Find a Game

Multiplayer has been down for 2 days. Anyone hear anything on when it will be back up?

All matchmaking process's result in “Matchmaking failed to find a game. Please try again later.”

You can play the solo campaign, reset characters, send out Strike Teams fine; you just can’t play the MP game.

@Xnargus Thanks for the image. I downloaded the game just now, and did a basic quick match and loaded in with no errors. So the game is up.

I tested the custom match as well as the quick match and was able to get in.

Have you performed any troubleshooting on your end since it started happening?

the message when try to search a quick match or custom match  is : Matchmaking failed to find a game.Please try again later.

and is impossible create  a match

XBOX platform

- When you successfully tested the game, were you signed into thru an XBox account? 

I’ve confirmed with a fellow player that he was experiencing the same problem. I also tracked the scores of the top 12 or so players to see if anyone’s score had changed over a days time. None had, except mine, which was the result of a character reset. So the APEX score reporting system reflects that no one in the top 12 players advanced, therefore, no one must have had access to MP gameplay. 

Other troubleshooting:

- Tried to start any game lobby using the Quick Match matchmaking option, and after Searching, get the“…try again later” message.

Sometimes, I reach a lobby but it disappears after a second.
- If I attempt create a Private MP lobby (for a Custom or APEX mission), the “Creating Match” message hangs on the screen (with the animated circle spinning) for a long time, and then sometimes displays the “…try again later” message. I have to Quit the game to restart. 

I also test the above on a second Xbox, using the same Xbox account, and experienced the same results.
