(Xbox) ME:A Can't connect to online

@IrateTemplar You said you subed to EA Play for a month, Is this still active?

@JuddV10 Do you have now, or had in the past an EA Play sub?

so i had read that past ea sub may have been the cause so i purchased it for a month

so currently have an active sub

@IrateTemplar On PC yes. I havent seen anyone on console have hat issue though.

Can you connect your Xbox to a hotspot by chance?

So Works fine hotspoting off my phone.  did 1 mission and no issues other then a touch of lag.

is there an easy fix for this or am i sol?

I'm on PC and I did had EA Play.

How do I fix this?

@IrateTemplar Following up on this one, are you able to connect on a normal connection other than the hotspot?

@JuddV10 So on the PC versions, what you would need to do is contact live support and let them know the exact message you get. They have a process set up for PC players who have this issue.

no i am unable to connect going back to my standard internet connnection

i cant get an option to talk to a chat advisor

No topic anywhere gives me a chat option

@JuddV10 What options are you chosing when you try to get to an advisor?

@JuddV10 Go to Help.ea.com again and try the following:

• Select the Games Support tab
• Select EA App or EA account
• Select See all help topics
• Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
• You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
• Select Continue without logging in
• This should give you the chat/email option

You can alter the options. Make sure you stay logged out of the site itself. Not all options give a chat. Sadly we cannot change that one as that is not regulated by us.
