Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Not Working For ME2-3

Mass Effect 2 and 3 were removed from my system this week because I updated my Xbox One. I am able to download DLC, but not the those games. Mass Effect works fine. I spoke with Microsoft and then EA. EA says this is up to BioWare. So, are you going to update these games so we can play them again? I think this has affected licenses as well. I no longer have access to the Omega and Citadel DLC's. Again, both Microsoft then EA led me here to you for these issues. An expedient response would be much appreciated.
