[Xbox One] cannot interact with anything

Hello I have encountered a problem and looking for a solution to an issue on XBOX One. It occurs in Single Player and does not apply to multiplayer that I have experienced.

I can no longer interact with objects, characters, vehicles, or anything in any instance of single player. If you do not know, the Y button commands Ryder to interact on Xbox One controllers and I can assure you my controller is fine as it still works great in any other game. It first occurred very late in the game during a side mission, going to keep this spoiler free as the quest doesn't seem to be relevant to my problem. If you want to know the quest I can PM you the precise moment the problem began.

I have tried reloading every save file I have, fast traveling, and even started a new campaign but nothing seems to fix the issue. I have tried restarting my Xbox One, yelling at my TV, and stomping the ground out of frustration. Those do not work either.

I think i will sleep on it, try it again tomorrow, maybe a little more yelling and then try to reinstall. I would rather not tamper with my save files, I am 60+ hours deep fellas. Any advice would be appreciated.
