(Xbox One) Game freezes and crashes when pausing

After the Mass Effect update from about a month ago, my Mass Effect 1 from the Mass Effect Trilogy set for Xbox 360 (I'm playing on XBox One S) freezes and crashes when I pause the game. The save seems to run fine until I press the pause button.

Has anyone else run into this issue? How can this be fixed?

Have you tried to power cycle your console or reinstall ME1? 🤔

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it works now. Thank you very much!
