You can use the unofficial save editors to convert Xbox 360 save files from both ME2 and ME3 to PC. The tricky part is transfering those files to PC. Here's a guide: http://forum.bioware.com/topic/107159-how-to-mod-me2-for-the-xbox-360-updated-532011/
