[XBOX Series X] - Mass Effect Andromeda Missing DLC
Hello everyone, I'm going through a serious issue that prevents me from playing the game alltogether.
I had Mass Effect Andromeda back on XBOX One S a few years ago with the "Deluxe Content", the "Deep Space Explorer Armor" and the "Mass Effect Andromeda Multiplayer Starter Pack 4" and had a 99% completed game with 125 hours of playtime on it.
I now possess an XBOX Series X and reinstalled the game, and despite my console downloading the game and the additional content mentioned above, when I'm trying to load my save a popup tells me my save cannot be loaded because "Deluxe Edition Content" and "Deep Space Explorer Armor" are uninstalled.
I want to specifiy that I still use the account I first played the game with.
I checked my game's internal storage and the DLCs are all present and installed. I tried :
- Rebooting my console
- Reinstalling the game and the DLCs
- Cold booting the console by unplugging it for 30 seconds
Doing those steps didn't fix the issue, I still cannot play the game. I saw a fix on this forum for PC but I cannot do this kind of maneuvers with an Xbox Series X.
