That's because even though you might be able to make a cool looking male face in the generator, the male facial animations for the custom faces are horrible in the actual game, most of the time they look like they are about to cry when they try to make even the hint of a facial expression 🥳

Huh. Weird. I actually did a playthrough as a male (heck, even sorta made him look like myself).
You are actually proving my point with that picture, looks like he is scared or something, though it's not one of the worst I've seen so far 😃
They all have these hyper-animated facial expressions and it looks ridicules, tbh I think they could fix it by simply toning down the range to something like 75% of the current.
