Zaeed DLC for Mass Effect 2 is missing from Origin & Bioware

I just migrated my DVD installation of Mass Effect 2 to Origin. Upon trying to launch a save game, I received an error advising that the Zaeed DLC was missing. So I exited the game and went into view...

I found ME2 DLC on Amazon, all though it seems to be a waste of money. Download-installed, but when I hit play it went to Release date check program and failed. Tried many times, same answer. Deleted and reinstalled, same problem. Have not be able to find a solution. Funny thing though I used to have the game on my computer, but lost the disk I need to play.
