The solution posted by DROLIO is correct. You have to download it directly from the old Bioware social network site, and your origin email and password works. If you click on the games tab and look at registered game content, it should look like the screenshot below.

I have a similar problem... I Just can't download Zaeed DLC not any "free DLC" infact. And Drolio's solution insn't working for me :/ The DLC aren't available on the social bioware for me. I registered the game and all but nothing. I can only buy the DLCs that are not free.
Doesn't work on Origin either
(For a bascially translation it just says the DLC can't be found, that it could have been moved or something)
So here I am. I don't know what to do actually. I send a mail to Origin's helper, maybe it will help me.
But you have any idea why I just can't find those DLCs well, please tell me ^^
Did you logged on to the Cerberus Network in game? Main Menu on the "Laptop" on the right?

So if I understand correctly it's when you click on "Télechargez-le" (download it) that you receive an error message stating the link to the DLC doesn't exist?
To "refresh" the game library, follow the instructions detailed in this article: Find missing titles in your Origin "My games" list (or the French equivalent : Trouver des titres manquants dans "Mes jeux" sur Origin).
If you still cannot download the DLCs after that, you'll need to contact the support team so they can double-check the code and replace it if necessary.

I thought I had deleted the message but it appears not, sorry for that. 😳
I found the solution to my problem, I'm just silly to be honest. It didn't work when I clicked "téléchagez-le" (download it) on Origin, and I couldn't find the DLCs on social.bioware but in fact I had not seen that the Cerberus Network had to be downloaded... Once I downloaded it of course the free DLCs showed up 😳 then I only had to use the .exe files to install them, like everyone else.
I'm really sorry for bothering you both, I should have search longer before asking for help.
Anyway, I'm glad I can discover (again) Mass Effect on PC 🙂, I never got the occasion to add Zaeed to my squad on Ps3 cause the code I had had already been used ^^
