Bug loading 5 stars

I've reached the level of reaching 5 start in my toen but anytime i complete any tanks to reach this level my loading screen gets stuck.

How can I resolve this issue? I would really like to be alle to continue with the same town as I completed mana tasks and made most of the best freind levels.
