My Sims Cozy Bundle Not loading

Hello, I've recently bought the MySims Cozy Bundle and downloaded it. The installation went fine every time I uninstalled and reinstalled. I have Windows 11 and bought this from EA Games from the App. Every time I go to launch it, it just says it's not responding. I got a black screen then the white and the message that it is not responding. It does this with both MySims and MySims Kingdom. I have cleared my catches, even uninstalled other games to have more space and believe me I have plenty of space on my computer.  Can someone help?
