Hey, did you check your download list (Redownload) in Nintendo eShop? MySims Kingdom should show up there. :)
Yes - there is a known issue with the first batch of redeemable game codes issued by EA to creators & unfortunately I see to be part to this group. There is no known fix currently.
Oh I see, Lilsimsie had the same issue on her livestream and had to go to the “Redownload” menu to find Kingdom there and download it that way (she said she bought it rather than use a code though)
Yes I saw this and tried it but MySims Kingdom doesn't show up anywhere. Unfortunately I used the code before I knew of the issue :( I have been given a new code but my e-shop has already registered the first, so I'm essentially locked out from getting it currently which sucks!
