Ads don’t show

@BanterBroCarson I have been facing the same issues.

Here are the steps I followed and I hope you do too , need a little bit of time but might be effective.

1: Uninstall app(only if logged in through social media/game centre/play games, guest mode progress will NOT be saved if the game is uninstalled, skip if you're playing on guest mode)

2. Restart the device.
3. Boost your phone.
4. Reinstall game( if you followed step 1)


Now here is the part that would take time .
It's the same old way of.
5. Log in and out of your account in you're not having ads.


Now, seriously, here is how to see if it's efficient, Log out, log in again, play a small campaign or spend some time on the store, auction house or even the home screen. I'd you still don't receive ads after a while.

Repeat this step, multiple times,I had to do it 7 times to get my ads.

Hope this solves the issue. Revert back if this procedure is inadequate to solve your problem.

@Hasnainwick Those are all the known workarounds till date for the issue of unavailable ads. The team is still working on another fix but we're not sure if it's coming out anytime soon. Please try logging in and out a huge number of times. It may stimulate the game to give ads, also do try changing your google ad id if it's on an android.

Secondly, coming to your query , as a player who has been through the same trauma and frustration back in the day of no available ads, I do understand it's really disheartening to know getting a better reward relies on something that isn't always achievable for only a few players.

Now I've been in the situation you are rn, and your understanding of the ads system is a little flawed, so let me walk you through it.

After you watch an ad, another ad usually tales about 2 minutes to pop up. Now ads are common for all the rewards in all tabs including stamina. So ad as an entity are same, the rewards depends upon which tab you went to watch it. Now i see your problem is a typical problem i face from day to day, as you have 1 ad watched and then suddenly the ad system snaps and doesn't give more ads. I assure you, from all such cases of consumers I've seen, simple workarounds like reinstalling(only if logged in through play games/gamecentre/Facebook and NOT on guest mode) the game, logging in and out(remember to do it several times and wait for around 2 minutes or play one or two events to see if the ads are available after the 3rd or 4th log in) and restarting your device works. Also keep in mind to not exit the app or switch apps in the middle of the game or the ad, it somehow leads to unavailability of ads. Also sometimes it so happens that the ads reload after around 18 to 20 hours of the last ad you watched(in the previous session not the running session)
Please try the logging in and out a lot of times, ive had to do it about 21 times a day, its strenous but if successful, it can give you better rewards.

Thirdly, it's not you, many people facing unavailability of ads are really unsatisfied by the fact that the game develops haven't made changes to the as system to benefit all. The community team checks this forum and the person pertaining specifically to this forum is currently unavailable due to some problems( @EA_Blueberry ) But I'll make sure I have another Community Manager look into this matter and try to change the current situation at the earliest.
