Crashing whenever I try logging in with Facebook

@EA_Lanna I really appreciate your efforts. I saw a message on this site that stated a problem with NBA Live Mobile. I only hope they will get to it before this promo goes on for too long.

@EA_Lanna Any update on the progress? I understand it’s a process but it has been all day and I would really hate to miss another day of this promo.

Game Center log in has not worked for 2 days for me, almost 3 now. 2K spent on account. Tried all troubleshooting tips. Nothing works. Even have items that won't add to the Jokic progression either. Why is there no communication or simple page to update players???? Like an Amber alert? But maybe a game alert?

Unfortunately, not yet! I'm hoping we'll have some good news to share with you today and have been keeping an eye out on this but as of yet, I haven't received any new information. As soon as I or any of my colleagues have news to share, we'll pass it on right away.

This marks the third daily reset of the playoff promo and the Facebook issue is still not resolved. We have been patient but something needs to be done soon in addition to eventual compensation. 

Still get the same “Login Failed … couldn’t find any linked accounts”.  Account was linked to my iOS Game Center. 
Open case still showing “no fix” Is there a work-around / solution?   4th day now being locked out.  
Any help / updates appreciated

I can't log into the game with my Game Center account. I tried creating a new user with my Game Center, but it didn't work, thank you!

I have been logging into the NBA LIVE MOBILE game via game center for 8 years and saving the data. Suddenly I couldn't log in to Game Center. I want to log in to the game via game center again.
