Credits DO NOT transfer from season to season.
More information about what was and what wasn't transferred from season 8 to season 9 you can read here:

The credits aren't mentioned on neither section of what you WILL and WILL NOT keep. If that is the case and they do not roll over, they should list daily credits in the "YOU WILL NOT KEEP" list. Anyways, that doesn't explain why about 1200 of my players cards disappeared. The item limit is supposed to be 3500.

I have the same problem. My account was below 1350 limit yet some players such as the Gametime Devin Booker and Vintage Collection Dikembe Mutombo cards are missing after the rollover. Any chance this will be rectified?
Contact the in-game help and create an issue about missing items.

Already created a ticket and spoke to online help, but was redirected here as well since customer support does seem lacking in handling this issue.

To all: I believe you should contact EA help for missing items. And don't let the case close until it's resolved.
They just don't care and are incompetent. I contacted them 4 times. One guy even thought that season 9 started weeks ago and sent me the link to the initial EA announcement, which was before all the delays. And one guy even ended the chat and closed the case without helping a bit before I could even read what he wrote in his last messages. And I was communicating politely all the time, they just don't a damn. I just hope somebody will buy my account on Facebook group and I will be done with this stupid game forever.
I agree i have contacted them and they have said i need to accsess help from the in the game now i have done this there is no link to technical support
My advice would be never spend real money on this game because they are not willing to help
We're not getting proper support addressing these issues. If there are any alternatives to this since chat support is no longer available and our tickets keep getting closed without proper resolution @ANTITEXNH
