I was playing the duo campaign for 99 Middleton and then server maintenance happen then I lost my duo point

@suraj3921How were your points returned? I lost my east/west tokens and am looking to get it back soon so I can progress. I was two tokens away from getting both east and west bundles and upgrading to 109 Irving and Durant! I had a west token and had just hit play to claim Murray when there was a server issue that reset my app. I returned to find my token gone.

I didn't loose a duo token but a crucial east/west token east/west token in the Duo Campaign and am looking to get it back ASAP so I can progress. I was one token away from getting Jamal Murray which would allow me to upgrade to 109 Irving and Durant! I had a west token and had just hit play to claim it when there was a server issue that reset my app. I returned to find my token gone. EA, please get the token back to me and fix the issue.

During maintenance, we lose stamina or campaign tokens that cost points. And have no way of getting them back. Was playing the duo campaign on NBA live mobile and lost it because of the maintenance. How do I get it back??

The team is still investigating crashes happening during the Super Duo event and we'll update this thread once we find out more information on how they'll handle this. Thank you for hanging in there and our apologies if it caused any frustration or confusion.
If your game is crashing, it's still worth giving these steps a shot to see if that will help minimize or hopefully prevent it at all for all modes in NBA Live Mobile.iOS Mobile Troubleshooting

If you linked up your game progress to Facebook, Google, or your Apple account you can safely delete the app and reinstall it without losing any progress.
